ABOUT THE INSTALLATION

Enter, lie down, slip on some headphones and LOOK UP.

Look Up is a cosmic contemporary art installation that simulates stargazing, and through visuals, portrays the story of the evolution of the universe. In an 8 X 8’ box, viewers lie down on a “lawn” of artificial turf as Portingale’s experimental film, Infinitude, is projected on the ceiling. The installation also includes large scale prints, animated media, and a galactic sand painting.
